Navigate user of the month: October 2020

How has your department/unit benefited from using Navigate?
The College of Natural Resources and Environment Advising Center relies on Navigate for appointment scheduling, student referrals, appointment notes, outreach campaigns, and information searches. Navigate makes many of our processes more efficient and it is incredibly helpful to have so much information in one place.

What feature in Navigate do you utilize the most?
I use the appointment scheduling and appointment summary features most.

What would you tell other advisors who are thinking of using Navigate?
It’s a great tool that will save you time and keep you organized. If you have the option to collaborate with colleagues who are also using Navigate, do so; together you’ll discover more applications for the system.
