How has your department/unit benefited from using Navigate?
The General Engineering advising team in the Department of Engineering Education has benefited from using Navigate’s scheduling platform as well its ability to connect students to different resources on campus (referrals). We have also been creating report summaries  on all of our appointments (in-person before the quarantine and currently via zoom), as well as reporting on our advising via email. The greatest benefit to us is that it has helped us support our students efficiently.

What feature in Navigate do you utilize the most?
I utilize the scheduling and reporting features the most. I have my calendar synced to Navigate, so it makes it really easy for students to see my availability and schedule appointments. I also record my notes for any student appointment into Navigate so that I have the ability to see all of the previous notes for that particular student.

What would you tell other advisors who are thinking of using Navigate?
Navigate has a lot of features that could help you advise students efficiently.
