How has your department/unit benefited from using Navigate?
Navigate has made our CS caseload manageable and has contributed to us being organized and well prepared to meet and advise our students.

What feature in Navigate do you utilize the most?
The feature that I use the most is the Report on Appointment tool to document the nature of my appointments and I really like that I am able to review previous report details prior to meeting with my student as a refresher on our conversation which makes the student feel that you remember them and their situation. I find that it helps build a rapport.

What would you tell other advisors who are thinking of using Navigate?
I tell other advisors that Navigate has so many features to benefit from such as students being able to schedule themselves based on your availability that you establish, Navigate gives me a snapshot of what my day will look like and what concerns students have prior to our meetings, you can communicate with specific groups of students using the campaign option, I use the Advanced Search option for reports on gpa, classification, students who have minors or are double majors, you can issue alerts for students you have concerns about, there's the watchlist feature for certain students such as PTD, and emails can be sent to students as well from Navigate. Navigate is 90% of where I work from to advise my students.
