What was the biggest challenge you encountered as a transfer college student and how did you overcome it? I went back to school at the age of 33 with a wife and three kids in tow as a commuter student. I drove an hour and a half every day to finish my education at Virginia Tech. My biggest challenge was trying to balance the workload with my family responsibilities.
What is one piece of advice you would give transfer college students? The only difference in the possible and the impossible is that the impossible just takes longer.
