What do you enjoy most about VT or your major? There are so many opportunities to get involved in research and/or field work. I did not expect to have the lab and field opportunities I have with my major being saltwater related here in the middle of SWVA.
What one piece of advice would you give to a potential transfer student? Get involved! Whether it is a club, internship, lab work, or TA-ing a class. VT has so many opportunities that everyone can find something that peaks their interest and/or can help their career path.
