If joining us from out of town, we recommend booking your stay at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, the host location for this year’s conference. 

To receive our conference room rate when booking online, visit 16^th Annual Advising Matters Lodging. Reservations can also be made by calling the Hotel Reservations Department at 540-231-8000. To receive the conference room rate, callers must identify their affiliation with the 16^th Annual Advising Matters Lodging. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability. 

If you prefer nearby accommodations, additional options include Hyatt Place Blacksburg/University and Residence Inn Blacksburg-University, both conveniently located just across the street from the conference venue.
