Registration

Online registration is provided for conference participants. The registration fee is $100. Registration will be open from January 6 - January 31, 2025. 

You will receive a registration confirmation email within one week of submitting your registration form, which will include a link to submit payment. Payment is due no later than February 7, 2025.

Payment Options

VT Affiliates: Please submit an ISR through Hokie Mart and select "VT University Academic Advising Center" as the vendor. Be sure to note who the payment is for.

Non-VT Affiliates:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks are accepted.
  • Online payments are accepted via university payment gateway, Nelnet Commerce Manager. 
  • Refunds will be available upon request up to seven days before the conference. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, as we are required to submit the final headcount to the venue at that time. However, we are happy to offer the option to transfer your registration to another attendee within this period.
