Registration

Registration will be open January 5-30, 2026.

Registration Fee: $100 (includes continental breakfast and buffet lunch)

Payment Options

Online registration is provided for conference participants. You will receive a registration confirmation email within one week of submitting your registration form, which will include a link to submit payment. Payment is due no later than February 6, 2026 at 5 p.m.

VT Affiliates: 

  • Please submit an ISR through Hokie Mart and select "VT University Academic Advising Center" as the vendor.
  • When submitting an ISR, please include the full name of each registrant the payment covers. This is especially important for group payments.
  • Before making a group payment, ensure that all individuals have completed their conference registration. This allows us to accurately match each payment with the correct registration(s).

Non-VT Affiliates:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks are accepted.
  • Online payments are accepted via university payment gateway, Nelnet Commerce Manager. A payment link will be sent to the registrant within one week of registering.
  • When submitting payment, please include the full name and email address of each registrant the payment covers. This is especially important for group payments.
  • Before making a group payment, ensure that all individuals have completed their conference registration. This allows us to accurately match each payment with the correct registration(s).

Refunds will be available upon request up to seven business days before the conference. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, as we are required to submit the final headcount to the venue at that time. However, we are happy to offer the option to transfer your registration to another attendee within this period.
