What you enjoy most about mentoring: Mentorship has played an important role in my own professional growth, and I enjoy supporting colleagues as they build confidence in their own unique approaches to working with students. I value creating a collaborative space where advisors can learn from one another, navigate challenges together, and continue growing throughout their careers.
