Why did you choose to be an academic advisor? I had an academic advisor at Virginia Tech who made a great influence on my life.

What is one of your favorite parts of your role as an advisor? I love to be a partner with my students throughout their academic journey. I enjoy providing support when there are questions/challenges and celebrating every success - big or small.
